Prototyping & Production Capacities
We understand the importance of agility in fashion manufacturing. Our prototyping capacities allow us to develop between 80 to 120 high quality pieces per month, ensuring rapid design iteration and refinement.
For bulk production, we operate at an annual capacity of 1M - 1.2M pieces, with monthly output ranging between 85,000 to 100,000 pieces. This scale enables us to efficiently serve high-end brands while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Lead Times & Flexibility
We prioritize precision and efficiency without compromising on craftsmanship. When all materials are available, we offer:
• 1-week lead time for sampling - ensuring quick turnaround for design validation.
• 4 to 5 weeks for bulk production - depending on the complexity of styles and technical requirements.

Raw Material Inspection
Upon receiving raw materials, we implement a 4-point inspection system to verify:
• Defect detection – Identifying fabric inconsistencies.
• Color consistency – Ensuring uniformity across batches.
• Fabric weight & width accuracy – Confirming compliance with specifications.
• Durability testing – Shrinkage tests and thermofixation bonding assessments guarantee stability
and long-term performance.
Pre-Production & Pilot Run
To align production with client expectations, we conduct:
• Pre-production meetings – Reviewing technical specifications and client requirements.
• Pilot run (Tête de Série) – Producing an initial batch for evaluation.
• Quality review meetings – Ensuring that all details meet client and industry standards before
full-scale production.
In-Process & Final Inspections
Throughout production, in-line quality checks monitor:
• Stitching precision – Consistency in seams and reinforcement areas.
• Assembly accuracy – Proper garment construction and finishing.
• Overall garment integrity – Ensuring quality and adherence to design.
Once production is complete, all finished products undergo a final inspection at our warehouse,
including:
• AQL Inspection (2.5 to 1.0 standards) – Rigorous batch checks to verify compliance with requiered
quality benchmarks.
• Packaging review – Ensuring garments are properly folded, labeled, and prepared for delivery.
